Recommended Dosage:
Take 2 x 2 tablets daily before or with a meal with sufficient liquid.
Alternating intake has proven to be effective: 1st week:
3x 2 tablets ExtraCell daily. Starting from the 2nd week with IntraCell pur, always alternate daily between IntraCell pur (4x 1) and Extra Cell (3x 1). In this way, the entire organism can be gently and effectively deacidified.
Cautions:
