- What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is
carried out reliably with our shipping partner DHL. We charge a flat rate of 5€ per order for delivery within Germany.Within Germany, the shipping costs are waived from an order value of 40€.
- How fast will my order be shipped?

We will ship your order no later than the next working day.
- How long is the delivery time?

We ship with DHL, the delivery time is usually one to three working days within Germany.
- Does RepaVital also deliver abroad?

We deliver to the EU as well as worldwide. Please have a look at the exact zones of DHL in
our shipping information. The delivery time varies depending on the region. - Can I also have my order delivered to a Pack station?

We also deliver your order to DHL packing stations in Germany. We need the delivery
address for this.On the final checkout page, you can enter your 7-8 digit ID in the free box.
- Will I be notified when the package has been sent?

All customers who have registered with their e-mail address will automatically receive a dispatch email with the option of tracking the shipment.
- How are the products packed?

Our products are packed in brown glass. For shipping, we use cardboard boxes made from at
least 95% recycled cardboard. We do not use adhesive tape, bubble wrap or similar and use recycled packing paper. - Where are RepaVital products manufactured?

We use natural, pure ingredients that are manufactured directly in Germany and Austria. Our motive behind all products is: to provide holistic, high quality and natural food supplements under environmentally friendly conditions.
- What is the shelf life of our food supplements?

You will find the shelf life on the jar either on the label or on the bottom of the jar. In most cases, the shelf life is 24 months after the date of production. You are welcome to ask us about the best-before date of a product.
- What can I do if I have questions about a product?

- Can I return a product?

You can return the unopened sealed bottle back to us, but you need to bear the cost for the return shipment.
- Want to return the product?

If something is wrong with your product or delivery, please contact us by email at info@repavital.de and briefly describe your concern.
In the event of a faulty delivery or similar, we will of course bear the costs for the return.
- What payment methods does RepaVital offer?

The following payment methods are available in our online shop:

- Instant bank transfer (only in Germany and Austria)
- American Express
- Paydirekt
- Prepayment
- Are there also discount promotions?

Generally, we offer discount campaigns from time to time, e.g. at Easter or Christmas. You will be informed about such promotions via our newsletter or you can also find this information in our website.
You are also welcome to subscribe to our newsletter. As a thank you, we will gift you a
10% discount on your next purchase. - Ich kann mich nicht einloggen, obwohl ich schon Kunde bin. Was kann ich tun?

1. Wenn Sie bereits Kunde in unserem alten Shop waren, müssen sie sich bitte einmal neu registrieren. Befolgen Sie dafür einfach folgende Schritte:
- Klicken Sie auf das Kunden Icon oben rechts im Menü, um zum Login zu gelangen
- Wählen Sie "Ein Konto erstellen" aus
- Geben Sie Ihre Daten ein und gehen auf "Anmelden"
- Bestätigen Sie Ihre Anmeldung in der E-Mail, die Ihnen zugesendet wird.
Nun können Sie sich wie gewohnt anmelden.
2. Sollten Sie weiter Probleme beim Login haben, kontaktieren Sie uns gerne telefonisch oder per E-Mail und wir helfen Ihnen weiter.
- Warum muss ich mich auf der neuen Seite neu registrieren?

Wir verwenden in unserem neuen Shop ein neues System. Ihr Kundenkonto ist mit umgezogen, Ihr Passwort kann aus Datenschutzrechtlichen Gründen aber so einen Umzug nicht mitmachen, da es verschlüsselt ist (und das ist auch gut so!). Mit der erneuten Registrierung vergeben Sie ein neues Passwort (das kann auch das alte sein), damit Sie sich wieder einloggen können.
