ThyreoFit is a dietary supplement containing iodine, selenium, and vitamin C in a balanced combination. These micronutrients fulfill recognized nutritional functions and support important metabolic processes that play a role in many tissues – especially in the thyroid gland and immune system.
The formula supplements iodine and selenium with N-acetyl-L-tyrosine and vitamin C as a water-soluble antioxidant.

ThyreoFit provides defined quantities per daily serving:
- 180 mg Vitamin C (225 % NRV)
- 100 µg Selenium (182 % NRV)
- 200 µg Iodine (133 % NRV)
- 500 mg N-acetyl-L-tyrosine
Occurrence in Foods
Iodine-rich foods include, for example, sea fish, seaweed, and iodized table salt. Selenium is found in nuts (especially Brazil nuts), meat, legumes, and grain products. Vitamin C is mainly found in fruits and vegetables such as berries, citrus fruits, bell peppers, or broccoli.
Specifics of Absorption
- Iodine is well absorbed in the small intestine and used by the body for
the production of thyroid hormones. - Selenium is absorbed differently depending on its chemical compound; the form contained in the product, sodium selenite, is an established source.
- Vitamin C is water-soluble and not stored long-term in the body – regular intake is therefore beneficial.
- N-acetyl-L-tyrosine is a modified amino acid that, due to its structure, represents a stable form.
The product is vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and free from artificial colors and, by law, free from preservatives.
Instructions for Use
The recommended daily intake is two tablets each morning and midday with sufficient water. The stated daily intake should not be exceeded. Not suitable for children.
